MAUMELLE PARK COE Little Rock, AR

July 6 & 7, 2014
MAUMELLE PARK COE
Little Rock, AR

This was a beautiful park and we had a gorgeous site on the Arkansas River.  From now on, our stops will be quiet ones as we are headed home and we won’t have any more mountains and busy days.  Time to relax and enjoy
the surroundings - a welcome change.
We still have nice relaxing waterfront sites so far and
we spend our days reading our books,

Riding our bikes, and enjoying the scenery.
We watched the boats at the Marina
Relaxed on our lawn

Watched the Ducks beside us
and the squirrel
The cute family of 4

This was the perfect place to relax; but on the first night we were woke up to a loud noise, too close for comfort.  We turned on lights and never saw a thing, but I guess we should have opened our side curtain.

The next morning, we saw this.
A tree came down on our neighbors motor home.
They were to leave this morning, but now they had to stay.
The army corp officers came to check out the damage and gave them another site for the night as the couples insurance company was coming in too.  It did put a crack in the fiberglass roof.
We loved it here and would like to come back someday.
