A Day at the Alamo, Riverwalk and Spanish Missions

As I write this,  I want to let you know that yesterday was a do nothing day so we could bring the MH in the Ford dealership for a diagnostic test and everything checked out okay.  But.. when they wiggeled the electrical harness it all cut off and on.  Thanks goodness it acted up when we pulled in, so they kept searching.  Anyway, 5 hours later, they found the problem wire and repaired it, so we are happy campers. We actually enjoyed the quiet kind of day.  Now we're back to fun days.

This morning we woke up to 37 degrees outside, so after bundling up we were on our way and by afternoon it was a comfortable, pleasant 74.  Our first stop was the Alamo.

Jeri with the Drive safely Festival.  It is San Antonio's version of Madri Gras

The Alamo

As you can see by the pictures, we had a beautiful day.  We've kept busy but having a great time.  We will probably leave Hondo tomorrow morning and go to Sonomo Caverns.

We've been thinking about all of our neighbors celebrating Barbs birthday.  Sorry we missed it but we were there in thought and Wish you the best.
Hugs to all.

OH, I'm there with you!!! Can't wait to sit and talk about the trip when you get home. I'm glad you got the RV fixed, I know you both will be more comfortable not waiting for it to "short out" again. It's cooler here today but not like what you had. Can't wait to get more blogs...love being on the trip with you :-)
