YE HAH - WE'RE IN TEXAS

.............AND everything is BIG!! 

and the weather is beautiful!   Perfect in every way, just as ordered.

We didn't post yesterday as it was a quiet do nothing kind of day and today we drove and arrived in Texas about 3:00. 
 At a rest stop for lunch in Louisiana we saw the way we would not want to travel.  Three women traveling in a truck and then this.

We crossed many bridges, swamps and the good ole Louisiana Bayou



Then we crossed the border into Texas and visited the Welcome Center and loaded up on info as tomorrow we drive to San Antonio where we plan to stay for awhile.  We will begin doing the tourist thing on Sunday and then should have some interesting stops.  The trip has been fun but it has had it's ups and downs.  It seems like Ton drives the RV............BUT I want to handle the remote, always wanting to make the stops etc from the passenger side.  Such is life, it's totally normal.

As you can see, not a lot of news for now, so we probably won't post tomorrow as we'll be on the road most of the day, but then will try to do better.
